A'Chralaig 3674ft 1120m
We ventured up our 1st Munro of 2012 yesterday, The day started in Glenmoriston like a lovely spring day. The Glenshiel & Kintail mountains are juat a 10 minute journey from Serendipity B&B.
A'Chralaig is the highest peak in these ranges with a 45 degree climb to the first ridges at approx 2600ft. By the time we reached the ridge it started snowing briefly and further on the wind chill temperature dropped to a cold -10 deg C.
